So it begins...
This evening is a test run really. My intention is just to post a picture of EVERYTHING I eat and drink through the day, every day. It's not really for anyone else, but for me to keep track and see where I could do better. If you like it and want to stick around then that's brilliant too.
This is tonight's dinner; home made lentil and coconut daal, saag aloo and roasted cauliflower - yum!
