Thursday Dinner 01/05

Pork chop with roasted tomatos, asparagus with coconut oil, broccoli. Green salad with pistachios, seeds, watercress, parsley and coriander. Home made lime, coriander and sunflower dressing. Strawberry water

Left over saag aloo and daal for lunch with 2 very naughty cannoli.

Berry smoothie

Handful of berries from the freezer
1 small avacado
Blackberry and elderflower tea
2 stick of celery
1 pear

Musli and almond milk
